Free access

Free access has no payment and nothing to cancel.

Cancelling Pro

You can cancel Pro at any time from your account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and it does not renew after that.

Renewals

A monthly plan renews each month and an annual plan renews each year, at the price shown to you at checkout, until you cancel. You are reminded before an annual renewal.

Refunds

If you were charged by mistake, or you did not use Pro after a renewal and you ask within seven days, contact us and we will refund the charge. Refunds are returned to the card you paid with and may take several days to appear.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, we tell you and try again for a short period. If it still fails, Pro ends and your Free access continues.

Your records

Your progress and notes stay in your account when Pro ends.
